Apple Cinnamon Coconut Wrap Crepes

Get in the holiday spirit with these warm Apple Cinnamon Crepes. Lightly toss your chopped apples with virgin coconut oil and cinnamon and wrap it all up with our Organic Cinnamon Coconut Wraps.

Ingredients: Makes (4) Servings

2 Organic Cinnamon Coconut Wraps

3 Apples, cored and peeled

1/2 Tsp NUCO Virgin Coconut Oil - melted

3 Tbsp Brown Sugar

1 Tsp Cinnamon


Chop your apples into small cubes and place in a medium bowl. Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and virgin coconut oil and toss everything together.

Add the chopped apples on top of the open Cinnamon Coconut Wrap and fold the wrap into the pocket shape. Sprinkle with powdered sugar right before serving, if desired.

Side note: You can heat the chopped apples on medium heat in a skillet to serve warm.
