- ¼ pound skirt steak, cut into thinly sliced pieces
- kosher salt and black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ cups chopped pineapple
- Chili sauce

- Take your coconut wrap and lay it on a plate and set aside.
- In a bowl season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to the desired doneness.
- Add the pineapple skillet and cook, tossing frequently, until tender.
