Balsamic Roasted Asparagus and Tomatoes
Here is a great simple appetizer for your next dinner date at home! Roast some asparagus with tomatoes and then drizzle our favorite balsamic vinegar and voila! Your first meal is good to go.

- NUCO Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 2 Cups Cherry Tomatoes Cut in Half
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
- Preheat oven to 400 F degrees. Spray a baking pan NUCO Buttery coconut oil spray.
- Cut the end pieces off the asparagus and place them on the baking pan and the add tomato halves. Season with salt and pepper and place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until asparagus softens a bit and begins to get brown.
- After it is done drizzle some of NUCO balsamic vinegar over the roasted asparagus and tomatoes and serve warm.
