Ingredients: Makes (4) Servings
- Crushed NUCO Coconut Crunch cereal
- 1 pack of cookies
- 3 cups of any flavor ice cream, slightly softened
Directions:
- Spoon about ¼ cup of ice cream onto bottom of one cookie. Top with the second cookie and press together gently.
- Roll outer edge of the ice cream in Coconut Crunch cereal.
- Freeze for 3 hours until firm. Enjoy!
