Kale Berry Sweetness Smoothie Bowl

Start your morning off right with this easy to make Organic and Vegan Kale Berry Smoothie Bowl! Loaded with tons of fruits and Liquid Premium Coconut Oil to help keep you mentally strong throughout your day.

Ingredients: Makes (2) Servings (depending on bowl size)
  • Tbsp – NUCO Liquid Premium Coconut Oil – Original Flavor
  • 1 Tbsp – Chia Seeds
  • 1 Cup – Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup – Baby Kale
  • 1/2 – Frozen Banana
  • 1/2 Cup – Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cup – Black Berries


Sliced banana, Sliced strawberries, Granola


  1. Puree banana, chia seeds, coconut milk, coconut oil, kale and berries in a blender until smooth. If needed, add a little more coconut milk to get the blender going.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into a bowl and garnish with toppings. Serve immediately and enjoy!
