- 2 tablespoons NUCO organic coconut vinegar chili and ginger
- 1/4 cup NUCO Original Coconut Oil
- 5 Tangerines, halved
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Pour the NUCO organic coconut vinegar chili and ginger into a small bowl and add the mustard. Drizzle in the NUCO original coconut oil in a steady stream while whisking until the oil is fully incorporated. Season with the salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
