Is your brown bag lunch routine ready for a shake-up? Try this grain-free Plant Sammy Wrap made with our Turmeric Coconut Wrap and Vegan MAYO. This is such an easy and fresh vegetarian combo that will make your taste buds dance!

Plant Wrap Sammy

• Arugula
• Watermelon Radishes - thinly sliced
• Avocado - sliced
• Sprouts
• Tomatoes - Sliced
• Cucumber - Sliced in long strips

Condiments:

• NUCO Vegan MAYO

#cookwithnuco Instructions:

Take one Turmeric Coconut Wrap and lay it on a flat surface.

Scoop a tablespoon’s worth of NUCO Vegan Mayo and spread a thin layer on your wrap.

Starting with your arugula lay a small pile on your wrap and spread and begin to pile on the rest of your sliced veggies and sprouts.

Roll from the bottom while gently press down and push-in to make the filling stay in. Fold sides in then continue rolling. As you continue to roll, leave about half to one-inch top seam and spread a few dabs of water over to help hold the roll together.

Voila, enjoy!
